One Hyde Park is a major residential and retail complex. The development includes three retail units totalling 385,000 sq ft and 86 residential properties marketed with prices starting at around £20 million.
The units were required to meet in-room noise levels of NR25 at elevated external static pressures whilst keeping the unit size within a restricted footprint. The vertical, fully painted units supplied incorporate the latest energy saving EC-DC motor technology.
The units are fully packaged and include built in attenuators, high efficiency filters up to F7 grade, DC fans, heating/cooling coils and a recessed controls enclosure incorporating a full controls package.
